Since then, we've made significant progress, especially with our move to a new space. The decision to relocate was driven by our desire for a more unified work environment and a stronger connection to the community. Our new office design reflects our values, thanks to collaborations with local artists like Arthur and Matt. They captured our vision beautifully, emphasizing sustainability, diversity, and community engagement. Arthur's work, in particular, resonated with our purpose of finding a better way for our people, planet, and community. His mural symbolizes our commitment to these ideals and serves as a reminder of our mission. Mike: Arthur's attention to detail and passion for our values were evident throughout the process. His collaboration with Matt from A&M Graphics brought our vision to life in ways we hadn't imagined. He was raised in a middle-class home in Syracuse NY by an accountant/ basketball coach for a dad and a superhero mom, who “moonlighted as a nurse.” The backdrop of life for Joseph Gehm and his older brother and sister was a close-knit family and their love for sports which is currently being passed on to the next generation of Joe’s family as they find their way into the world. That passion for sports quickly shifted into his professional life when a vacation to Houston, a surprise interview, and a borrowed suit changed the trajectory of his life as he traveled the country for work and the world for pleasure. At age 5, his dad coached his now wife, Morgan in youth basketball, who would later meet Joe and go on an emotional 7-year journey (“7 Years of NO’s”) with him as they followed his dream of starting a business that led Joe to his passion for developing commercial real estate in Upstate New York.
